When you use the 'Cyclingbuddy Web Application' (the Web App) we will use your contact details (name, email address etc) to contact you to let you know if we are going to use your photo as part of our billboard campaign and to send you information about Cyclingbuddy .
We will not sell or pass on any of your details to another organisation for them to use for their own purposes.
We may, however, use third party organisations to help deliver services on our behalf, for example distributing our email newsletters.
At all times we will ensure that your details are held securely – and that any organisations using your information on our behalf do the same.
When you access and use the Web App you accept these Terms and Conditions, and the Terms of use and Privacy Statement set out on the Cyclingbuddy Website (together the Terms and Conditions). Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions take effect from the first date of use. My Buddy Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.
You own the original image you upload using the Web App. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP Content), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP Content that you post on or in connection with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
If you violate the Terms and Conditions or the spirit of Cyclingbuddy , or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of the Web App to you and will remove the image. You may also disable your application at any time.
We are not responsible for any third party web sites that are linked to from our Web App. You are responsible for reading these third parties’ own terms and conditions or Privacy Policies.
